Strategically located close to Exeter, the airport offers the potential for airside development for distribution and aviation related activities.


CWDP was a Joint Venture between Rigby Real Estate, SEGRO and Roxhill to develop the land surrounding Coventry Airport. In January 2020 SEGRO acquired full ownership of the partnership.
